Not sure which clean you need?
Answer two quick questions and we will tell you where we would start. We confirm it properly when we quote, and we will say if something smaller would do the job.
Pick an answer to both questions and we will show you where we would start.
How it works, start to finish
- 1
Tell us the property
Send us the address, how many rooms and what state it is in. A couple of photos help, and you can send them straight from your phone.
- 2
A clear price, before we start
We quote for the job in front of us, not an hourly guess, so you know what it costs before anyone turns up.
- 3
We clean it and show you
Our own team does the work, with our own kit. On bigger jobs we photograph the before and after so you can see exactly what changed.
A small family firm, not an agency that sends strangers
Glasgow Maid Ltd is a small family run business. We started because we saw a gap in the market for cleaning that is reliable and properly professional, the sort you can put in front of a letting agent or a paying guest. We are fully insured, we hold contracts with some of the biggest letting agents in Glasgow and Scotland, and we cover Glasgow and the surrounding areas.
- Fully insured
- Family run, same team every visit
- Letting agent contracts across Scotland
- We photograph the work we do
Who we clean for
Homeowners
Busy households who want the place properly cleaned, either regularly or as a one off reset.
Landlords and letting agents
End of tenancy cleans, tenant changeovers and property refreshes, done to a standard that passes an inventory check.
Holiday lets and serviced accommodation
Changeovers between guests, turned around to the clock so the next booking walks into a finished property.
Not sure whether you need a deep clean or a regular visit? Ask us. We will tell you honestly, including when the smaller job is enough. Ask us about your property
Frequently asked questions
Something else on your mind? Call us on 07712 091822.
Which areas do you cover?
All of Glasgow and the surrounding areas. We are fully mobile and bring our own equipment and products, so we come to you rather than you coming to us.
Are you insured?
Yes. Glasgow Maid Ltd is fully insured for the cleaning work we carry out, which is one of the reasons letting agents across Glasgow and Scotland use us.
Do I need to be there while you clean?
Not at all. Plenty of our work is done on keys or a lock box, which is normal for end of tenancy cleans, changeovers and agent work. Tell us how access works and we will fit around it.
How much does a clean cost?
It depends on the size of the property and the state it is in, so we price the job rather than quoting an hourly rate over the phone. Send us the address, the number of rooms and a couple of photos and we will come back with a price.
