How it works, start to finish
- 1
Tell us the property
Send us the address, how many rooms and what state it is in. A couple of photos help, and you can send them straight from your phone.
- 2
A clear price, before we start
We quote for the job in front of us, not an hourly guess, so you know what it costs before anyone turns up.
- 3
We clean it and show you
Our own team does the work, with our own kit. On bigger jobs we photograph the before and after so you can see exactly what changed.
Frequently asked questions
Something else on your mind? Call us on 07712 091822.
Which areas do you cover?
All of Glasgow and the surrounding areas. We are fully mobile and bring our own equipment and products, so we come to you rather than you coming to us.
Are you insured?
Yes. Glasgow Maid Ltd is fully insured for the cleaning work we carry out, which is one of the reasons letting agents across Glasgow and Scotland use us.
Do I need to be there while you clean?
Not at all. Plenty of our work is done on keys or a lock box, which is normal for end of tenancy cleans, changeovers and agent work. Tell us how access works and we will fit around it.
How much does a clean cost?
It depends on the size of the property and the state it is in, so we price the job rather than quoting an hourly rate over the phone. Send us the address, the number of rooms and a couple of photos and we will come back with a price.
