An end of tenancy clean is not a tidy up. It is judged against an inventory by someone who is looking for reasons to hold back a deposit, so it has to cover the whole property: inside the oven, behind and under the appliances, inside every cupboard, the windows, the skirtings and the bathroom.
We do this work every week for tenants moving out, for landlords getting a property back on the market and for letting agents who need it right first time. Access is usually on keys or a lock box, so nobody has to be there while we work.

Will this get my deposit back?
We clean the property to the standard an inventory check expects. We cannot speak for damage or wear, but the cleaning side will be right, and we can photograph the finished property for your records.
Can you work from keys?
Yes. Most of our end of tenancy work is done on keys or a lock box arranged with the agent or landlord.
