What we collect
If you fill in the form on this site we collect your name, your mobile number, the service you are interested in and anything you type in the message box. If you call, text or message us on WhatsApp we hold that conversation and your number.
Why we hold it
So we can answer you, quote for the work, arrange access and keep a record of the job. We do not sell your details and we do not pass them to anyone outside the people who carry out or support the work.
Photographs of our work
We photograph jobs before and after, both as a record for you and to show the standard of our work. Photographs never identify you or your address, and if you would rather we did not photograph your property, tell us and we will not.
How long we keep it
Enquiry details are kept while we are in touch and for a reasonable period after, so we can pick up where we left off. Records of work we carried out are kept longer for insurance and contract reasons.
Your choices
